We all lose track of emailed documents from time to time. Sometimes, they never appear in our inboxes! So, what do you do if you have lost (or never received) the email from our store that contains your SAPIEN subscription number? The answers are pretty simple and I am here to walk you through two different scenarios:

  1. What to do if you never received the email, or if you never registered the subscription number and lost the email.
  2. What to do if you have registered your product, but have lost the email.

The latter is the most straightforward. If at one time you registered your subscription, then it will be listed on your SAPIEN Account Products page. So, let's start there:


SCENARIO ONE: You registered your product, but lost the email with your subscription number. You will need access to the SAPIEN Account where the subscription was registered.

  1. Go to and select Login from the My Account drop-down menu.

    If you do not know your login details, then you can choose to recover your username and/or reset your password from the right-hand side of the login page.

  2. Once you are logged in, go to your Registered Products page by clicking Registered Products in the My Account drop-down menu, or from the Account Home page.

  3. The resulting screen will list all of your subscription numbers and associated products.

SCENARIO TWO: If you never received the email with your subscription number, or you never registered your product and lost the email, you need access to the SAPIEN Store account that the license(s) was purchased under.

  1. Go to and select Login in the store’s menu bar.

    If you have forgotten your Store password, you can request a reset from the resulting page.

  2. Once logged in, go to your Store Account by clicking on your name in the store’s menu bar.

  3. Access your Order History by clicking the “View your Order/Billing History” link or scrolling down the page.

    Your subscription number will be available in the Customer Service Notes text box.
